Tofu Spaghetti
Tofu Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pasta, 6 c. spaghetti sauce, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1 lb. firm tofu, shredded or mashed and 2 oz. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine sauce with pasta and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
Combine tofu and cheese in separate bowl and cover pasta mixture with it. Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
