Tofu Pie
Tofu Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 block soft tofu, 1 (3 oz.) box jell-o (any flavor), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and 1 ready to bake pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water in bowl.
Cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
In another bowl, mix tofu until smooth with mixer or blender.
Add lemon juice and thickened Jell-O and half of Cool Whip.
Pour into pie crust.
Use remaining Cool Whip to top the Jell-O mixture.
Refrigerate until set.
