Tofu Balls
Tofu Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped, 2 c. whole wheat breadcrumbs (fresh), 2 tbsp. flour, 6 tbsp. chopped green onion and 1 tbsp. mixture oregano, basil and garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix well; form into golf ball sized rounds.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
When ready to serve, place frozen balls into baking dish; cover with sauce and cover.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350Β°.
