Toffee Crackers
Toffee Crackers is an easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 1 cube butter, 1/2 c. sugar and chopped nuts or coconut or both, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Line a large cookie sheet with tinfoil.
Break graham crackers into sections and cover the entire surface of the pan.
In a saucepan on the stove, melt butter; add sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for exactly 2 minutes.
The mixture will look light yellow and fluffy.
Remove from heat and spread evenly over the crackers.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut (or both).
Bake at 300Β° for 10 minutes.
Cool until bottom of pan is warm to touch.
Remove from pan.
