Toffee Bars
Toffee Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted after measuring and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Cream the butter, sugar and flavorings in large bowl with electric mixer.
Add flour and salt; mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.
Spread into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
While warm, cut into bars and cool in pan.
Store in airtight tin.
Freeze well.
