Toffee
Toffee is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. lo-cal margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup (karo light) and 2 tbsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine ingredients in a small, heavy saucepan.
Boil up, stirring constantly.
Boil up several times until mixture nearly burns.
Immediately pour into molds, i.e. ice cube trays or candy/lollipop molds.
Soak the empty saucepan in hot, soapy water.
Pick the hardened toffee out of the molds (around edges) and cool.
Add flavors/spices: orange/tangerine pulp, half margarine/half peanut butter, etc.
If liquified, boil over extra or you'll get caramel instead of hard candy.
