Toasted Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with pecans, butter, melted (enough to lightly coat pecans), salt and red pepper to taste and cumin powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 250Β°.
Place pecans and butter in heavy, shallow pan, iron skillet or cookie sheet.
Heat in oven until pecans begin to brown, about 1 hour.
Stir often.
Pour out on foil or waxed paper to cool.
Add seasonings to taste.
Place in airtight container.
