Chop mushrooms and minutes in butter. Blend in flour,
Accent; stir in cream.
Cook until thick; add chives lemon juice.
Remove crust from bread and roll thin with rolling pin.
Spread with mixture and roll up.
Pack and ready to serve, cut each roll in half and toast on all sides at 400Β°.
Serve immediately. These can be frozen, defrosted and toasted when ready.
