Tiramisu
Tiramisu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 8 oz. mascarpone cheese, 3 tbsp. marsala wine and 1.5 pkg. (10.5 oz.) savoiardi biscuits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Break the eggs, separating yolks in a bowl and whites in another.
Whisk the Mascarpone until smooth, using a wood spoon. (This step may not be necessary as American Mascarpone usually comes smooth.)
Whisk the yolks with the sugar, then add the Mascarpone and fold together until you get a homogenous cream. Fold in the brandy and Marsala wine with the cream.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the cream.
