Tiramisu
Tiramisu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 oz. cream cheese, 2 c. heavy cream, whipped stiff, 2 to 3 pkg. ladyfingers, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 to 3 tbsp. liqueur (rum, white crème de cacao or kahlua), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with ladyfingers, cut side up.
Sprinkle with liqueur.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in about 1/4 of the whipped cream to lighten the mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
Pour into ladyfinger lined pan.
Chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle top lightly with unsweetened cocoa.
Serves 12 to 16.
