Tiramisu
Tiramisu is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with (3 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers, split lengthwise, c. low-fat ricotta cheese, (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened, . instant espresso powder and . vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers.
In large bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sugar, Espresso powder, vanilla and 3 teaspoons cocoa powder. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Carefully spoon mix into prepared pan.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
