Tiny Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, room temperature, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil water and butter/margarine over lowered heat; add flour and salt.
Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan (about 1 minute).
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at 425Β° for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
Cool; freeze.
