Tingler
Tingler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. boysenberry juice (can use any berry blend), 6 oz. frozen concentrated orange juice, 3 small ripe bananas, 1/4 c. plain yogurt and 1 c. sparkling mineral water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a blender, mix juices and bananas on medium speed for about 1 minute.
Add tofu, cottage cheese, berries and yogurt; mix for 1 minute (longer if a lighter drink is desired).
Add sparkling mineral water; stir.
Serve over chipped ice.
Makes 5 cups.
