Tijuana Pie
Tijuana Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can ranch style beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown ground meat and season to taste.
Mix together soups, beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Heat to mix well.
Grease casserole dish and, using a third of each ingredient, layer chips, meat, soup mixture and cheese.
Continue to layer until all ingredients are used.
Be sure cheese is on top.
Heat until cheese is melted.
