Thyme-Lime Chicken
Thyme-Lime Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice, 1 tsp. grated lime peel, 1/2 tsp. salt and garlic powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter in olive oil and lime juice, thyme, lime peel, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place chicken on a greased broiler pan.
Brush with sauce.
Broil, basting frequently.
Have broiler pan 6 to 7 inches from the heat for 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until chicken juices seem clear.
Serves 4 to 6.
