Throwed Hot Rolls

Mix 1/2 cup warm water with yeast.
Mix eggs, salt, sugar and shortening with 2 cups warm water.
Add flour to mixture.
Let rise until it doubles in size in large bowl.
Work down.
Make into 3 balls the size of a jack or walnut.
Put into muffin pan and let rise.
Bake at 375Β° until brown.
To make sure it browns on both sides, use bottom rack.
