Three-Onion Relish
Three-Onion Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 pkg. (16 oz.) thawed frozen small white onions, 1 large (8 oz.) red onion, peeled and sliced thick and 2 bunches (about 16 oz.) green onions, trimmed and cut in 2-inch lengths, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add lemon juice and all onions.
Cook 10 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Remove from heat; cool.
Cover and refrigerate at least overnight or up to 3 days for flavor to develop.
Serve at room temperature.
Makes 10 servings.
