Three Fruit Jam is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped pears, 2 c. chopped peaches, 2 c. chopped apples, 1 tsp. butter and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine fruit and lemon juice in 4-quart saucepan.
Cook, stirring until it is almost tender.
Stir in sugar, powdered pectin, butter and food coloring.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from heat and skim off foam.
Ladle into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch space at top.
Seal with paraffin.
Makes 8 (6 ounce) glasses.
