Three Bean Salad
Three Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 303) can wax beans, 1 (no. 303) can green beans, 1 can red kidney beans, 1 small onion, sliced and ringed and 1 green pepper, sliced and ringed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain beans and add onions, green pepper and celery.
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt and salad oil in a shaker and shake well. Pour dressing over vegetables and let stand covered in refrigerator overnight.
This makes a good sized salad which keeps without getting soggy.
The sweet-sour dressing is a tangy contrast to the mild beans.
