Three Bean Casserole
Three Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 lb. link sausage, 1 medium onion, 1 can pork and beans, 1 can kidney beans and 3/4 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut sausage in pieces; brown in pot.
Saute onion until translucent.
After browning ingredients, place beans, catsup and sugar in same pot.
Cook slowly for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
A little more catsup or sugar may be added according to individual tastes.
