Three Bean Casserole
Three Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans pork and beans, 2 cans kidney beans, 1 can lima or butter beans, 1/2 lb. bacon and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cut up bacon into 1/2-inch square pieces; dice onion.
Combine with ground beef and brown and then drain.
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a medium size roaster.
Do not drain the beans.
Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a 350Β° oven.
(Fifteen minutes before removing from the oven, sprinkle grated cheese over the top.)
Good served warm or cold.
