Thomas's Chili
Thomas'S Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (16 oz.) box spaghetti, broken in half, 3 to 4 lb. hamburger or ground chuck, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 qt. tomato juice and 1 (10 oz.) can tomato purée, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix tomato juice and purée in a large kettle.
Add all of the spices.
Mix and heat to almost a boil.
Brown hamburger in skillet.
Drain off grease.
In the skillet, cook onion half done.
Bring to a simmer.
Add kidney beans.
Cook spaghetti.
Add to kettle; turn off heat.
Let set for 1/2 hour.
