Drain the fruit and use the juice instead of milk to cook the pudding, using 4 1/2 cups of juice.

Add orange juice if you don't have enough from the fruit.

Cook until thick.

Cool completely. Add all of the fruit, except the bananas, which you will add when you serve.

Keep in refrigerator.

This is enough for a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
