The Picasso is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. filtered water, 1/4 c. frozen orange juice, 1/4 c. cranberry juice, 2 large bananas and 1 tsp. ginger powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a blender, mix water, orange juice, cranberry juice and bananas for 30 seconds on medium speed.
Add ginger powder, protein powder and tofu; blend for another 30 seconds.
Add raspberries, grapes, Grape-Nuts, pine nuts, peanut butter, honey and vanilla; blend for 1 minute.
Makes 5 cups.
