Combine the eggs, cheese, milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper.
Pour over bread; will be runny mixture.
Add sausage. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 45 minutes; uncover and brown 15 minutes.
