Thanksgiving Rolls
Thanksgiving Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mashed potatoes, 1 1/2 c. potato water (warm), 2/3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Have ready 1 cup mashed potatoes.
Mix together warm water, sugar and salt.
Mix yeast with this mixture.
Add eggs and shortening; mix well.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Mix in flour and put in the refrigerator in a large container.
Roll out on floured board and cut.
Let rise about 3 hours.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
