Thalhimer'S Chicken Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. each cooked, cubed chicken breast and chopped celery, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1/2 c. hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute) and 1/2 tsp. each salt and white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
