Thai-Fried Rice
Thai-Fried Rice is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. peanut oil, 2 medium onions, chopped, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1/2 lb. pork, diced and 4 eggs, beaten with salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil in wok or large frypan and fry onion and garlic until golden.
Add the pork and stir-fry until just cooked through.
Make a hole in center or pork and pour in seasoned eggs; scramble.
Toss in rice and stir.
Sprinkle the fish, chili and soy sauces over mixture.
Then add the green pepper, tomato, scallions and shrimp, stirring until mixed.
