Texas Taco Dip
Texas Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeño bean dip, 3 medium avocados, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spread jalapeño bean dip in 3-quart oblong glass dish.
Mash avocados and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread over jalapeño dip.
Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread over avocado layer, then add on the following over chopped green onions seeded and pulp, chopped tomatoes, chopped olives and shredded cheese.
Dip can be divided in 2 (1 1/2-quart) oblong glass dishes.
