Texas Stuffed Pepper
Texas Stuffed Pepper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 green bell peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce and 1 (8 oz.) tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain off drippings.
Add onions, salt, pepper and sage; cook thoroughly.
In small bowl, mix hot sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste with 1 cup water. Add half of sauce mixture to ground beef; cook slowly.
Add rice. Cut out (from the top) bell pepper and wash thoroughly.
With a spoon, stuff green pepper with mixture, letting overflow just a little.
Bake at 350Β° in oven for 30 minutes.
