Texas Straw Hats
Texas Straw Hats is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 c. diced onions, 1 c. diced green pepper, 1 c. diced celery and 2 to 3 tbsp. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown ground beef in one skillet and drain.
Meanwhile, saute onions, pepper and celery in 3 tablespoons cooking oil just until onions are clear and celery is still crisp.
Combine browned beef with sauteed veggies in a large pot.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Serve over Fritos and top with grated cheese.
Serves 6 + as main dish or many more when used as a "Dip" for holiday parties!
