Texas Stew
Texas Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 2 cans tomato soup, 3 to 4 c. minute rice, cooked, garlic salt to taste and 2 cans ro-tel, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat. Drain.
Add Ro-Tel, soup, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Let simmer until onions are tender.
Cut up cheese, let melt in meat mixture and spices.
When melted, add rice. Serve hot over Fritos in a bowl, or can be used as a dip.
Serves 12.
