Texas Sheet Cake
Texas Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix in mixing bowl the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to boil the margarine, cocoa and water. Remove from heat; add sugar and flour mixture.
Mix well. Add vanilla, eggs, buttermilk and soda. Pour into well greased 11 x 16-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 325Β°.
The cake is to be iced while hot, so begin mixing icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
