In a large saucepan, mix butter, water and cocoa.
Heat to boiling.
Take off heat; add flour, sugar, salt, sour cream, baking soda and eggs.
Mix well and pour into 15 x 11-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375Β°.
Pour icing over warm cake.
