Mix sugar and flour.
Bring to boil in saucepan the margarine, cocoa and boiling water.
Pour in sugar and flour mixture.
Add buttermilk, beaten egg, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour in greased and floured 11 x 16-inch cookie sheet with 3/4-inch sides.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400Β°.
