Combine flour and sugar in large mixing bowl.
In small saucepan, combine butter, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar; mix well.
Add buttermilk with soda, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs.
Mix well and pour into greased and floured 16 x 11-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
