Combine in a 2-quart saucepan the margarine, cocoa and water. Heat to boiling.
Remove and add flour, salt, soda and sugar. Beat until mixed.
Add 1/2 cup sour cream and eggs; blend.
Bake at 375Β° for 22 minutes in a greased pan (15 x 11 1/2-inch).
