Bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients.
Let cool.
When cool, add sugar, flour and salt. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 12 x 16-inch pan or two smaller pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
