Texas Sheet Cake

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Mix sugar and flour in large mixing bowl.
Heat margarine, cocoa, water and oil in saucepan until it reaches boiling point.
Pour hot mixture over flour and sugar mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 11 x 15 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Frost as follows.
