Put oleo, cocoa and water into a saucepan.
Bring to a rapid boil and pour over flour and sugar.
Beat well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda and vanilla.
Mix and put into a greased baking sheet.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
