Texas Sheet Cake
Texas Sheet Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. water, 4 rounded tbsp. cocoa, 2 c. sugar (granulated) and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease and flour 18 x 12 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Melt together 1 cup margarine, water and the first measurement of cocoa; bring to boil (can be done in microwave).
Using wire whisk, blend the granulated sugar, salt, flour, baking soda, eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and soured milk.
Blend into first mixture. Pour onto pan; bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
While cake bakes, prepare icing.
