Texas Sheet Cake
Texas Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 sticks oleo and 4 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt; set aside. In medium saucepan, boil the oleo, cocoa and water for 1 minute. In a small bowl, mix well the eggs, buttermilk, vinegar, baking soda and vanilla.
Add moist mixture to dry ingredients in large bowl; mix well, then pour into a greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Frost cake while hot.
