Texas Sheet Cake
Texas Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 2 sticks butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place sugar, flour and soda in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
Heat in saucepan until melted the cocoa, butter and hot water.
Mix together buttermilk, eggs and vanilla and add to cocoa mixture mixture, then add to flour mixture.
Blend all together; don't beat.
Put in well greased and floured sheet pan, 10 x 15 x 1-inch.
Bake 20 minutes at 400Β°.
