Sift together sugar, flour and soda.
Mix and melt over low heat the margarine, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil and pour slowly in the dry ingredients and mix until smooth only.
Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix together and pour into greased jelly roll pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
