Put the margarine, water and cocoa in saucepan and bring to a boil.
In a bowl, put the sugar, flour and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, soda and vanilla.
Mix all 3 together. Bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes in a 400Β° oven and ice while hot.
