Put sugar, flour and salt in large mixing bowl and set aside. In saucepan, put butter, oil, water and cocoa.
Bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients and add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour in sheet pan and bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
