And sugar together.
In small pan, combine butter, cocoa and water. Bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over flour and sugar; mix well.
Add milk, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs and soda.
Mix well.
Greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Frost with Chocolate and Coffee Frosting.
