Made with 1 large (2 lb.) bag or 3 small cartons frozen shredded hash browned potatoes, thawed, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix thoroughly all ingredients but the last 2.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
