Texas Potatoes
Texas Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 cans mushroom soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 pkg. pepperidge farm herb stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch
Saute onions in small amount of oleo or oil.
Mix onions cheese.
Cream, then soup. Pour over potatoes, then spread cheese on top of this mixture.
Top with stuffing, which you have mixed with oleo. Bake at 450Β° until golden brown.
