Texas Potatoes
Texas Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 16 oz. bag frozen hash browns, 1/4 c. diced onion, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/2 c. butter, melted and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put potatoes and onions into a greased 9x13 pan.
Mix sour cream, butter, and soup and spread over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese on top.
Melt 1 stick butter and mix with crushed cornflakes.
Put on top of casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
